BerryDunn seeks a Senior Consultant with human services program expertise to lead the Guam engagement and act as SME for state HHS clients. You will guide teams of PMs, business analysts, and technical staff, ensuring regulatory alignment and successful implementation.

You will report to the HHS Practice Area Lead, travel as needed, and mentor junior staff while delivering high-quality services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with state government human services programs.
• Strong leadership and client-facing capabilities.
• Experience developing project artifacts and coordinating teams.

Responsabilités

• Serve as SME on human services programs for state HHS agencies.
• Lead delivery of services on time and within budget.
• Report risks and issues to client leadership and teams.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to staff development.
