Optimal Solution Company in Warren, MI (also Austin, TX) seeks a recruiter to lead full life cycle recruiting for Global Vehicle Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering teams, partnering with hiring managers from intake through offer.

The ideal candidate manages high-volume recruiting, conducts intake calls, posts requisitions, screens candidates, coordinates interviews, and negotiates offers while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

Approximately 3-5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
Experience independently managing reqs and partnering with hiring managers.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, changing environment.
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Strong organization, communication, initiative, and judgment.
Staffing agency and high-volume recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

Conduct hiring manager intake calls; post and manage reqs.
Review resumes, source talent, and complete candidate phone screens.
Own candidate communication and the interview/selection process.
Partner with interview coordinators and use available AI-enabled interview tools.
Facilitate offer discussions and negotiations.
Maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting partners.
