Job summary

EvenUp is seeking a Senior/Staff User Researcher to build, execute, and scale a comprehensive research engine that informs product strategy. You’ll own Research Ops, hands-on mixed-methods research, and early discovery strategy in a highly cross-functional environment.

You’ll lead the foundations of Research Ops, recruit participants, ensure compliance, and manage tools, while conducting deep qualitative and quantitative studies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX/Product research in a fast-paced B2B tech environment.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
• Experience building Research Ops, NDAs, participant payouts, and tool stacks.
• Ability to connect user insights to ARR opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale Research Ops infrastructure and recruitment workflows.
• Design and conduct rigorous qualitative and quantitative studies.
• Lead early-stage discovery to influence product direction.
• Create creative artifacts linking insights to ARR and business value.
• Draft proposals and drive cross-functional adoption and action.
