You will architect and execute comprehensive quantitative and qualitative research, synthesizing video and survey data to tell data-driven stories about next-gen products. Qualifications

• 5+ years leading end-to-end mixed-methods research projects.
• Strong English communication and client-facing experience.
• Expertise across UX, behavioral, and human-centered design.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise clients to scope and align research plans with goals.
• Design and execute mixed-methods studies and surveys.
• Own planning, execution, and delivery of fast-paced multi-track studies.
• Mine multimodal data to uncover behavioral drivers and product opportunities.
• Run advanced analyses (MaxDiff, conjoint, factor analysis) and derive insights.
• Translate data into executive summaries, scorecards, and reports.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Mentor junior researchers and maintain methodological rigor.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows.
