Job summary

Aurora is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to lead hardware/software integration and bring-up programs within the Software Product & Program Management team. You will partner with software, firmware, hardware engineering, and operations to plan, deliver, and bring new hardware platforms to life.

You will drive credible engineering plans, facilitate executive reviews, and balance priorities to unblock teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical program management or related leadership experience.
• Familiarity with automotive platforms, autonomous vehicles, or safety-critical software.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.
• Experience applying Agile and Waterfall methodologies where appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver software for hardware/software integration programs.
• Serve as a primary information hub and drive executive program reviews.
• Develop detailed engineering plans from conception to on-road.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and operations teams on roadmaps.
