Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to lead AI enablement initiatives within our defense systems group. You will own end-to-end program execution, aligning stakeholders and driving a clear, measurable path from pilot to enterprise-scale solutions.

In this role, you will manage platform backlog, drive the golden-path delivery pipeline, and report on delivery metrics. This remote U.S. role offers a base pay range with discretionary bonus eligibility and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience OR Associate’s degree with 8+ years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with 10+ years of professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Technical Program Management or IT.
• Military experience is equivalent to professional experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; GE Aerospace will not sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform product backlog and intake: prioritization, sequencing, and release of platform work.
• Translate the Director’s roadmap into a resourced plan with dates and owners.
• Run the daily management cadence for the platform team and maintain plan on Green status.
• Drive adoption of the golden-path delivery pipeline across product-development teams and track adoption.
• Coordinate onboarding of teams onto shared services and the paved road with clear entry criteria.
• Manage dependencies between platform and product/architecture teams with transparent criteria.
• Define and maintain standard work for platform intake, change, and release; report delivery metrics including DORA.
