Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager — Infrastructure and Platform to lead an AI enablement team in the defense systems business. You will partner with business stakeholders and multiple teams to define scope, requirements, and execution plans that enable AI deployment and mature pilots into enterprise-grade solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years of professional experience in TPM or IT, or an equivalent combination.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Technical Program Management or IT.
• Military experience is considered equivalent to professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform product backlog and intake, and manage how work is requested, prioritized, sequenced, and released.
• Translate the Director’s roadmap into a resourced plan with dates and ownership.
• Run the daily management, WOR, and MOR cadence for the platform team and keep the plan Green.
• Drive adoption of the golden-path delivery pipeline across four product-development teams and coordinate onboarding onto shared services.
• Manage dependencies between platform and product/architecture teams without formal authority; surface conflicts early.
• Define and maintain standard work for platform intake, change, and release; instrument delivery metrics (including DORA) and report into the operating rhythm.
