Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager within the Consumer Group to lead highly complex, AI-enabled programs that connect TurboTax, Credit Karma, and Lending initiatives.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and AI to drive strategy, governance, and execution across the full technology stack. You will influence senior leaders, shape portfolio direction, and accelerate delivery while maintaining rigorous standards for quality and customer impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience leading large, complex technology and SaaS programs.
• Proven ability to influence Director, VP, and executive stakeholders without formal authority.
• Executive-level written, verbal, and visual communication skills to translate program dynamics into business outcomes.
• Strong technical aptitude across SDLC and SaaS technologies; ability to discuss architecture with engineers.
• Strategic thinker able to synthesize complex information and drive execution.
• Experience applying AI capabilities to improve planning, execution, and decision-making.
• Thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with customer and business focus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end ownership for strategic, complex technology programs spanning multiple teams and orgs.
• Lead outcomes, end-to-end delivery plans, and governance for large initiatives.
• Establish operating mechanisms for transparency, accountability, and rapid decision-making.
• Identify risks and blockers early; determine fastest path to green and communicate progress to executives.
• Lead organizational change efforts from planning through adoption with coaching and mentorship.
• Communicate program strategy and progress clearly to senior stakeholders.
