Job summary

You will roll out new planning tooling, including Jira standardization and a portfolio source of truth, and partner with executives to scale AI-enabled workflows while ensuring governance and adoption metrics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management, change management, or related PMO/ops roles.
• Experience leading org-wide process or tool transformations.
• Proven ability to drive tool adoption across a large, cross-functional org.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate needs into dashboards and metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives and frontline teams.

Responsibilities

• Own change management for Fintech's ways-of-working transformations across the org.
• Lead adoption and rollout of planning and execution tooling across VP-level groups.
• Drive in-year execution cadence: quarterly planning, reviews, and portfolio maintenance.
• Design and run the change management playbook: training, office hours, feedback loops.
• Partner with business and technology executives to align to AI-enabled workflows.
• Identify frictions and design scalable, AI-native alternatives for reporting.
• Report adoption and execution health with dashboards and metrics.
