Job summary

• 8+ years in program management, change management, or related PMO/operations role.
• Experience leading org-wide process or tool transformations.
• Experience driving adoption of new tools across large multi-stakeholder org.
• Data-driven method to translate processes into dashboards and metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executives and frontline teams.

Responsibilities

• Own change management for Fintech's ways-of-working transformation across the org.
• Lead adoption and rollout of planning and execution tooling (Jira standardization, portfolio source of truth, dashboards).
• Drive the in-year execution cadence: quarterly planning, reviews, and portfolio tracking.
• Design and run the change management playbook for each rollout.
• Partner with executives to align to AI-enabled working methods.
• Identify friction and design scalable, AI-native reporting solutions.
• Report on adoption and execution health for centralized dashboards.
