Job summary

Intuit's Consumer Group Program Management Office seeks a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to lead some of the most complex, strategically important initiatives across Lending, money movement, and related AI-enabled experiences. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and AI to define outcomes, establish execution strategies, and deliver meaningful customer and business impact.

You will influence senior leaders, drive cross‑program dependencies, and shape portfolio

Qualifications

10+ years of program management experience leading large, complex technology and SaaS programs across multiple organizations
Executive-level written, verbal, and visual communication skills; translate complex concepts into clear narratives
Strong technical aptitude with experience across multiple technical domains
Experience applying AI capabilities to improve planning, execution, and delivery

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ownership for strategic programs across Consumer Group
Define program outcomes, delivery plans, and governance for complex programs
Establish operating mechanisms for transparency, accountability, and fast decision-making
Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; drive fastest path to green
Lead organizational change and adoption efforts
Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and decisions to senior stakeholders
