Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager within the Consumer Group to lead one of its most strategic initiatives. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, AI, and business leaders to define outcomes, drive governance, and deliver customer and business impact.

You will own end-to-end delivery, navigate complex dependencies, and guide teams toward faster decision-making while maintaining high quality and customer value in a rapidly evolving fintech landscape.

Qualifications

10+ years of program management experience leading large, multi‑org SaaS programs.
Strong influencing skills to drive decisions across executives.
Executive‑level written, verbal, and visual communication.
Deep familiarity with SDLC methodologies and SaaS technologies.
Strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex information.
Experience applying AI capabilities to improve planning, execution, and delivery.
Thrives in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Own portfolio leadership across complex programs and translate strategy into executable outcomes.
Lead end‑to‑end delivery plans and governance for multi‑team programs.
Establish operating mechanisms for transparency and fast decision‑making.
Identify risks and blockers and determine fastest path to green.
Lead change efforts from planning through adoption.
