Job summary

BCubed Engineering, an Auria company, is seeking a Senior Staff Systems Administrator to bridge software, hardware, security and operations. You will lead automation, ensure secure deployments, and mentor engineers in a mission-critical environment.

Based hybrid in Warrenton, VA, you will own configuration management, DevSecOps tooling, and end-to-end system builds while collaborating across teams and external partners to deliver reliable infrastructure for customer missions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/IS or related field.
• Strong experience with hardware/software integration and security.
• Experience in DevSecOps and automation.

Responsibilities

• Automate deployment and improve pipeline across subsystems.
• Maintain secure, tested infrastructure and configuration docs.
• Design end-user focused solutions and collect feedback.
• Lead and mentor team members and coordinate deployments.
• Communicate architectures and findings to stakeholders.
• Develop and implement automation concepts for admin tasks.
• Maintain hardware baseline configurations and ECO support.
• Manage DevSecOps tools incl. GitLab, Artifactory, Harbor.
