Job summary

BCubed Engineering, an Auria company, is seeking a Senior Staff Systems Administrator to bridge software, hardware, security, and operations across complex infrastructures in Warrenton, VA. The role emphasizes hands-on hardware lifecycle management, development system hardware baselining, and automation-driven deployment processes.

You will mentor teams, lead CAD model and BOM documentation, and drive configuration management and root-cause analyses while ensuring secure, scalable enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related technical field.
• Active SECRET Clearance (US Citizenship Required).
• Onsite role located in Warrenton, VA.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced problem-solving to complex infrastructure and deployment challenges.
• Maintain DevSecOps infrastructure and automation tooling.
• Design solutions reflecting end-user mission needs and feedback.
• Mentor and support other engineers, ensuring deployment commitments
• Communicate complex architectures and findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Pursue automation improvements and tool development to streamline workflows.
• Perform hardware troubleshooting and root cause analysis across systems.
