Job summary

BCubed Engineering, an Auria company, is seeking a Senior Staff Systems Engineer to lead complex system architectures and oversee hardware lifecycle management. The role emphasizes hands-on engineering across design, testing, integration, and deployment with strong collaboration across suppliers and operations.

The candidate should have 5–10 years in systems engineering, a bachelor's degree in engineering, and experience with COTS server and networking hardware.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of proven systems engineering experience delivering high-consequence technical solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university, or equivalent hands-on training.
• Experience with COTS server, networking, or communications hardware.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver solutions for entire systems and systems of systems.
• Maintain testing, documentation, and reliable delivery processes.
• Generate and maintain engineering artifacts (ICDs, CDDs, BOMs, drawings).
• Support ECOs and configuration management activities.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and test teams.
