Qualifications

• 10 years of software engineering experience with production trading or market-data systems.
• Deep expertise in low-latency distributed systems and JVM/Linux tuning.
• Architectural ownership of an end-to-end trading platform.
• Experience influencing technical direction across multiple teams.
• Experience operating latency-sensitive systems in on-prem and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy and architecture for a core Exchange domain.
• Lead design of ultra-low-latency trading systems across matching, risk, and market data.
• Drive cross-team alignment across Exchange, Prime, and Derivatives.
• Set and inspect the quality bar with deterministic testing and 24/7 operations.
• Maintain hands-on contribution while leading others.
• Mentor L5-L6 engineers and grow technical leadership.
