Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an experienced systems engineer to design and evolve compute scheduler and resource-management systems, focusing on placement, prioritization, preemption, and fairness across workloads.

You will build capacity models and forecasts for private and public cloud, applying AI/ML to forecasting, anomaly detection, and placement optimization, while owning production reliability and incident response. You will mentor senior engineers and help guide complex technical decisions.
