The successful candidate will oversee production optimization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs are efficiently produced. A strong background in engineering and hands-on experience in a prototype environment are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• At least 8-15 years of experience in Process engineering.
• Proven track record of DFM/DFA collaboration with design teams.
• Experience working in prototype or low-volume production environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production processes for Atlas.
• Collaborate with Hardware Engineering for manufacturability.
• Design and validate custom fixtures and tools.

Skills

Expert-level proficiency in CAD software

Hands-on experience with additive manufacturing

Strong communication skills

Excellent problem-solving skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related field

Master’s degree or PhD
