Job summary

Dexian is seeking a skilled recruiter to support a Fortune 500 financial services recruiting team. You will manage the full life cycle of recruitment, engage with business leaders, and help build a diverse candidate pipeline.

The role involves sourcing, screening, and presenting top talent, while advising hiring managers on processes and offers. You will work with cross-functional partners and leverage data to track progress, drive strategy, and contribute to recruitment projects.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting
• At least 1 year experience consulting with multiple hiring managers simultaneously

Job description

This is a great opportunity to create a positive candidate experience within a Fortune 500 Financial Services Company. You’ll engage directly with business teams, partner with hiring managers, and make a direct impact to the success of our Recruiting Team by supporting our clients with filling their current job openings. This will include creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing the talent brand to attract top talent, screening candidates, advising hiring managers on the recruiting process, and negotiating job offers.

Responsibilities:

• Full life-cycle recruitment including planning, sourcing, coordinating, and executing all stages of the recruitment process
• Candidate management - highly organized, detailed oriented, and can effectively communicate with candidates
• Partner with hiring managers and business group or organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs
• Work cross-functionally across a team of high performing recruiters
• Effectively work with business partners on strategic initiatives and hiring strategy
• Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners
• Source stellar candidates. Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market
• Build relationships with candidates at a high-volume, understand their interest and passion and direct them to the right role or opportunity
• Track high-volume candidate data in real-time with precision
• Contribute to ad-hoc recruitment projects

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting
• At least 1 year experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 3+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting - full life cycle, research, and sourcing
• Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse HR talent
• Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring
