Moog is seeking a Program Manager in Buffalo, NY to oversee complex aerospace programs. You will report to the Staff Program Manager and coordinate across engineering, operations, and supply chain to meet schedule and cost targets.

The role requires at least five years in program management, strong leadership, and proven customer-focused communication skills. The position emphasizes collaboration, negotiation, and risk management within a dynamic, high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.
• Minimum five (5) years of Program Management or similar experience.
• Preferred aerospace and engineering background.
• Proven leadership, listening and persuasive skills.
• Experience with Earned Value Management.
• Experience managing multiple programs.
• Experience leading proposal development and contracts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Access to U.S. Export Controlled information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex programs in the US and meet program objectives.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements across schedules and budgets.
• Support process improvements and standard work within Program Management.
• Lead proposal teams and drive business capture campaigns.
• Develop detailed program plans with schedules and cost controls.
• Communicate with customers and Moog stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with OE Program Managers and cross-functional groups.
