Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Product Manager to own the Workforce Planning data, analytics, and technology ecosystem within the People Data & Analytics team. You will define the vision, roadmap, and delivery for the headcount data model, planning inputs, governance, and insights that inform leadership decision forums.

You will translate HR and Finance needs into technical requirements, lead cross-functional squads, and drive end-to-end delivery across data, analytics, and planning tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in People Analytics and/or Workforce Planning with data ownership.
• Experience as a Product Manager owning a roadmap, backlog, and end-to-end delivery.
• Experience with workforce planning models, forecasting, headcount and attrition.
• Experience implementing HR technology end-to-end (Workday/Avature) and integrating with data ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for data, analytics, and tech in workforce planning.
• Translate HR/Finance needs into requirements and delivery plans; own prioritization and backlog.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality end-to-end experiences across data, analytics, and tooling.
• Drive governance, data quality, and adoption metrics; measure impact of planning capabilities.
