Job summary

Intuit is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our Workforce Planning data, analytics, and technology ecosystem. You will own the vision, roadmap, and delivery across data models, reporting, governance intelligence, and analytical tooling to support workforce planning decisions at scale.

Collaborating with HR, Finance, and business leaders, you will translate requirements into technical delivery, define success metrics, and drive adoption of durable systems that reduce manual effort

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in People Analytics or Workforce Planning with data ownership.
• Proven PM track record for data, analytics, or planning products.
• Experience with workforce planning models, headcount forecasting, and attrition.
• Experience implementing HR technology end-to-end (Workday/Avature).
• Strong data governance, data quality, and trusted data definitions.
• Consultative stakeholder engagement with senior leaders.
• Technical depth: SQL and data pipelines; architecture discussions.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and governance for workforce planning data and analytics.
• Translate HR and Finance needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Own backlog, prioritize, and lead agile delivery across data products.
• Drive cross-team alignment and measure adoption and data quality.
• Scope AI-enabled capabilities with governance and testing plans.
