Job summary

Intuit seeks an experienced Product Manager to join our People Data & Analytics team, owning the vision, roadmap, and delivery for the workforce planning data, models, reporting, governance, analytics, and technology that support planning across HR and Finance. You will unify multiple workstreams under a single roadmap and data standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in People Analytics or Workforce Planning with hands-on data, models, and tech ownership.
• Proven Product Manager with roadmap/backlog ownership and end-to-end delivery.
• Experience with workforce models, forecasting, headcount, attrition, and scenario modeling.
• End-to-end HR tech implementation knowledge; Workday/Avature familiarity.
• Deep familiarity with workforce data definitions and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the workforce planning data, analytics, and technology ecosystem.
• Translate HR, Finance, and business needs into functional and technical requirements, sequencing decisions, and delivery plans.
• Own backlog prioritization, manage dependencies, and lead agile delivery across data products and analytics.
• Drive improvements across data, analytics, tools, and systems spanning multiple planning domains.
• Define and analyze success measures, reporting on adoption, data quality, and decision impact.
