Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager for FuzeRx to define and deliver high-impact product initiatives that advance patient care and pharmacy operations.

This senior IC role operates with autonomy and partners with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and business leaders to shape strategy and roadmaps. You will mentor other Product Managers, establish product standards, monitor KPIs/OKRs, navigate healthcare regulatory constraints, and drive outcomes aligned

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in Product Management with cross-functional ownership.
• Experience leading products from concept to launch in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with agile development and working with Engineering teams.
• Strong analytical skills using product metrics for decisions.
• Experience in regulated/complex domains (healthcare/pharmacy/fintech).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to influence without authority.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard, Slack, and GSuite.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for high-impact areas from discovery to delivery and optimization.
• Define vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps aligned to goals and patient outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and stakeholders to translate needs into clear requirements.
• Lead product discovery through research, data analysis, experimentation and validation.
• Drive alignment with senior stakeholders using data, tradeoffs, and sound judgment.
• Establish KPIs/OKRs and iterate to improve product performance.
• Anticipate regulatory, operational, and technical constraints and design scalable solutions.
• Mentor other Product Managers and raise the bar for product quality and decision-making.
