Fuze Health seeks a Staff Product Manager for FuzeRx to define and deliver high-impact product initiatives in healthcare, pharmacy ops, and growth. This senior IC role operates autonomously and mentors other PMs while partnering with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business leaders to solve complex problems at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 8+ years in Product Management leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experienced in concept-to-launch delivery in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Close collaboration with Engineering in Agile environments.
• Strong data-driven decision making using product metrics.
• Experience in regulated healthcare/pharmacy/enterprise domains.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; influential without direct authority.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard, Slack and GSuite.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end lifecycle for high-impact product areas from discovery to launch and optimization.
• Define vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps aligned to goals and patient outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, and cross-functional teams to translate needs into requirements.
• Lead discovery through research, data analysis, experiments, and validation.
• Align senior stakeholders by communicating tradeoffs and data-driven priorities.
• Set and monitor KPIs/OKRs; iterate to improve product performance.
• Navigate regulatory, operational, and technical constraints in healthcare/pharmacy.
• Mentor other Product Managers and raise the bar for product quality and execution.
