Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager for FuzeRx to define, shape, and deliver high-impact product initiatives improving patient care and pharmacy operations.

This senior role operates with autonomy, partnering with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business leaders to solve complex problems at scale. You will set product standards, influence strategy across domains, and mentor other Product Managers while driving measurable outcomes aligned with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive product management experience.
• Experience leading products from concept to launch in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with agile development teams.
• Strong analytical skills using product metrics for decisions.
• Experience in regulated healthcare/pharmacy domains.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard, Slack, GSuite.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and optimization.
• Define vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps aligned to goals.
• Translate business/clinical needs into clear product requirements.
• Lead product discovery using research, data, experimentation, and validation.
• Communicate tradeoffs and priorities with data-driven rationale.
• Establish and track KPIs/OKRs to drive improvements.
• Mentor other Product Managers and promote product excellence.
