Fuze Health seeks a Staff Product Manager for FuzeRx in the United States. This senior IC role defines and delivers high-impact product initiatives advancing patient care, pharmacy operations, and growth, with significant autonomy and cross-functional partner collaboration across Engineering, Design, Data, Clinical, and Operations.

You will set product standards, mentor other managers, drive roadmaps, measure outcomes, and navigate regulatory constraints to scale solutions that improve care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management across cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience leading products from concept to launch in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with Agile development and working with Engineering teams.
• Strong analytics and data-driven decision-making expertise.
• Experience in regulated or complex domains (healthcare, pharmacy, fintech, or enterprise platforms).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with influence without authority.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard, Slack, and GSuite.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for high-impact areas from discovery to delivery and optimization.
• Define vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps aligned to goals and patient outcomes.
• Translate complex business and clinical needs into clear product requirements with stakeholders.
• Lead product discovery through research, data analysis, experimentation, and validation.
• Align senior stakeholders by articulating tradeoffs and outcomes using data and judgment.
• Establish and monitor KPIs/OKRs; iterate to improve product performance.
• Navigate regulatory, operational, and technical constraints in healthcare/pharmacy environments.
• Mentor other Product Managers and raise the bar for product quality and execution.
