Fuze Health Inc. in the United States is seeking a Staff Product Manager to define and deliver high-impact initiatives across patient care, pharmacy operations, and growth. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Data, and Business leaders to set standards and influence strategy.

You will mentor other Product Managers, own end-to-end lifecycle, and drive multi-quarter roadmaps while navigating regulatory constraints in healthcare and pharmacy environments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive Product Management experience.
• Experience leading products from concept to launch in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with Agile development teams.
• Strong product metrics-driven decision making.
• Experience in regulated domains (healthcare/pharmacy/fintech/enterprise).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard, Slack, GSuite.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for high-impact areas from discovery to launch.
• Define vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps aligned to goals.
• Translate complex needs into clear product requirements with stakeholders.
• Lead discovery via research, data analysis, and experiments.
• Align senior stakeholders using data-driven tradeoffs and priorities.
• Establish KPIs/OKRs and iterate to improve performance.
• Anticipate regulatory constraints and design compliant solutions.
• Mentor other Product Managers and raise product quality.
