Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Staff Product Manager for the FuzeRx platform to define and deliver high-impact product initiatives that advance patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth. This senior IC role operates with significant autonomy and partners with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business leaders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management owning complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Experience leading products from concept to launch in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Experience working closely with Engineering teams in agile environments.
Strong analytical skills with experience defining and using product metrics.
Experience operating in regulated or highly complex domains (healthcare/pharmacy/fintech/enterprise).
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard, Slack, GSuite.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product lifecycle for high-impact areas from discovery to delivery and optimization.
Define product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps aligned to goals and patient outcomes.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and stakeholders to translate needs into clear requirements.
Lead product discovery through research, data analysis, experimentation and validation.
Drive alignment with senior stakeholders using data-driven tradeoffs and priorities.
Establish and monitor KPIs/OKRs and iterate based on insights.
Anticipate regulatory, operational, and technical constraints to design compliant solutions.
Mentor other Product Managers and raise the bar for product quality and execution.
