Fuze Health is seeking a Staff Product Manager for FuzeRx to define and deliver high-impact product initiatives advancing patient care and pharmacy operations. You will shape strategy, own complex roadmaps, and mentor peers while partnering with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Data teams in a highly autonomous role.

The position emphasizes setting product standards, driving outcomes, and navigating healthcare regulatory constraints, with compensation in the US market and full-time benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management with cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience leading products from concept to launch in fast-paced environments.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering teams in agile development.
• Strong analytical skills with product metrics to drive decisions.
• Experience in regulated or complex domains (healthcare, pharmacy, fintech, or enterprise platforms).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management with influential abilities.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard, Slack, and GSuite.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for high-impact areas from discovery to launch and optimization.
• Define vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps aligned to goals and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and stakeholders to translate needs into requirements.
• Lead product discovery through research, data analysis, experiments, and validation.
• Communicate tradeoffs and priorities using data and product judgment to align senior stakeholders.
• Establish and monitor KPIs/OKRs and iterate based on insights.
• Anticipate regulatory and operational constraints and design compliant solutions.
• Mentor other Product Managers and elevate product organization quality.
