Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Staff Product Manager to define and deliver high-impact initiatives that advance patient care and pharmacy operations. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Data teams to solve complex problems at scale.

You will lead discovery, align senior stakeholders with data-driven tradeoffs, and establish success metrics while ensuring regulatory and operational compliance across healthcare environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with ownership of cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience partnering with Engineering in agile environments.
• Healthcare, pharmacy, fintech, or enterprise platforms experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business and clinical needs into clear product requirements.
• Lead product discovery through customer research, data analysis, experimentation, and validation.
• Drive alignment across senior stakeholders using data and tradeoffs.
• Establish and monitor KPIs/OKRs and iterate product performance.
• Anticipate regulatory, operational, and technical constraints and design compliant solutions.
• Mentor and raise the bar for product quality and decision-making across the org.
