Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Staff Product Manager to define and deliver high-impact initiatives across patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth. You will lead with autonomy, partnering with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Business leaders to translate complex needs into clear product requirements.

You will drive product discovery, align senior stakeholders, and establish KPIs/OKRs while navigating healthcare constraints and regulatory considerations to deliver scalable, compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred for senior level leadership.
• Experience owning cross-functional product initiatives in healthcare/pharmacy domains.
• Proven ability to translate clinical/business needs into clear product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery through customer research, data analysis, experimentation, and validation.
• Drive alignment with senior stakeholders by articulating tradeoffs, priorities, and outcomes with data-driven judgment.
• Establish and monitor KPIs/OKRs to iterate and improve product performance.
• Anticipate regulatory, operational, and technical constraints in healthcare/pharmacy environments and design scalable solutions.
• Mentor other Product Managers and contribute to product org maturity.
