Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager for FuzeRx to define and deliver high-impact product initiatives that advance patient care and pharmacy operations. You will work with engineering, design, clinical, and business leaders to set product standards and mentor peers.

This role emphasizes strategic influence, data-driven decision making, and scalable healthcare solutions, with compensation benchmarks reflecting senior leadership in a national market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management with cross-functional ownership.
• Experience leading products from concept to launch in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with agile development and engineering collaboration.
• Strong analytics with data-driven decision making.
• Experience in regulated or complex domains (healthcare, pharmacy, fintech, or enterprise platforms).
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard, Slack, and GSuite.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for high-impact areas from discovery to delivery.
• Define vision, strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps aligned to goals and outcomes.
• Translate complex needs into clear product requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Lead product discovery via research, data analysis, experiments and validation.
• Align senior stakeholders through data-driven tradeoffs and prioritization.
• Establish and monitor KPIs/OKRs to drive continuous improvement.
• Navigate regulatory and technical constraints to design scalable solutions.
• Mentor other Product Managers and raise product quality standards.
