Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager for FuzeRx to shape and deliver high-impact product initiatives that improve patient care and pharmacy operations.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Operations to translate complex healthcare needs into actionable product requirements. You will lead discovery, analyze data, and validate solutions while aligning senior stakeholders on priorities and tradeoffs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, CS, engineering, health informatics.
• ~8+ years of progressive experience in product management, including cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with engineering in agile environments.
• Experience building products for healthcare, pharmacy, fintech, or enterprise platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with influence without authority.
• MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
• Experience mentoring other Product Managers and advancing product org maturity.

Responsabilités

• Partner with engineering, design, data, and business leaders to translate complex needs into clear requirements.
• Lead product discovery through research, data analysis, experimentation, and validation.
• Drive alignment with senior stakeholders using data-driven tradeoffs and priorities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs/OKRs and iterate on product performance.
• Anticipate regulatory, operational, and technical constraints in healthcare environments.
• Serve as a product thought leader and mentor across the Product organization.
