Job summary

Liftoff is seeking a senior Product Manager to own a new e-commerce advertising platform from zero to beta and beyond. You will define strategy, own the business case, and partner with engineering, ML, and GTM teams to shape the product, at scale, with a strong emphasis on attribution and performance.

You will drive a data-informed roadmap, manage scope, and collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to deliver measurable outcomes and growth for our ecommerce solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time in performance advertising: DSP, retargeting platform, measurement/MMP, or ad network e-commerce products.
• Hands-on depth in web and mobile identity and attribution: probabilistic matching, pixels, server-to-server postbacks, and privacy changes constraints.
• Track record of carrying a product from beta to GA with data-driven pivots or kills.
• Comfort in 0-to-1 incubation: small pilots, hands-on customer management, and go/no-go criteria.
• Demonstrated ML experimentation experience: reading confidence intervals and designing experiments.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and the business case, set quarterly goals, and define success metrics.
• Own unit economics for launch readiness and determine scaling or pivots based on data.
• Manage scope and prioritize features to fit team capacity.
• Collaborate with GTM, sales, and account teams to shape ICPs and go-to-market strategy.
