ServiceNow in Santa Clara, CA, seeks a Sr. Staff Product Manager to own the Lux Framework developer experience and AI skills ecosystem. You will drive adoption, shape direction, and represent developers across the platform.

You will lead cross-functional efforts with Engineering, Research, Design, and GTM to build a world-class developer experience, APIs, IDE integrations, and scalable tooling for AI-powered work.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping AI-powered developer experiences and ecosystems.
• Hands-on background in software product management for developer-facing products.
• Proven track record shipping products developers love and advocating for developers.
• Deep knowledge of APIs, tooling, and developer workflows.
• Strong communication and evangelism skills with executives and developers.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end developer experience for Lux Framework, from onboarding to mastery.
• Define the ecosystem vision and standards for AI skills and developer tools.
• Identify friction points and remove barriers to adoption and productivity.
• Lead collaboration across Product, Engineering, Research, Design, and GTM teams.
• Plan evangelism programs, engage with the developer community, and create resonant content.
• Set priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics for developer-focused initiatives.
• Translate developer feedback into product decisions and align leadership.
