Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a senior software engineer on the PAXE - Experience Builders team in California. You will own end-to-end development of Lux admin configuration framework, collaborating with product owners to shape requirements and deliver scalable, modular UI features.

Expect hands-on coding, design of reusable components, and mentorship across teams, leveraging expertise in JavaScript, UI frameworks, and data structures.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making.
• 8+ years JavaScript and web application experience.
• Advanced experience with modern UI frameworks (Lit, React, Vue, or Angular).
• Advanced knowledge of data structures, algorithms, OO design and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own code from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality product to users.
• Work with product owners to understand requirements and drive full development lifecycle.
• Build software that is simple to use and customizable by customers.
• Contribute to design and implementation of new products and features.
• Mentor colleagues and promote knowledge-sharing across teams.
• Apply advanced knowledge of data structures, algorithms, OO design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations.
• Architect modular, reusable component systems for scalability and extensibility.
