Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product or interaction design.
• 5+ years of experience managing design teams.
• Ability to distill complex problems into an easy-to-use and delightful experience.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Obsessed with UX craft excellence and attention to detail.
• Experience building and maintaining Design Systems and scalable cross-platform UX architectures.
• Able to work inside iterative and agile development within a complex organization.
• Demonstrates initiative, humor, and a 'make it work' mindset.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, design, content and user research teams.
• Enterprise or consumer product design experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in visual/design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of key properties, including Product Documentation and ServiceNow University, shaping the integrated end-user experience across the portal ecosystem.
• Define and implement cohesive UX architecture, scalable design-system conventions, and consistent interaction patterns.
• Mentor and manage a team of designers, set direction, raise quality, and enable strong team outcomes.
• Collaborate with design peers to ensure unified experience across the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Partner with product management, business and engineering to shape strategy and actionable roadmaps.
• Translate vision into detailed interactions, prototypes, and design specs for scalable delivery.
• Apply growth mindset and AI-native tools to accelerate design practice.
• Leverage user research to inform best-in-class experiences.
• Design complex, content-rich systems focusing on information architecture and navigation.
• Synthesize complex requirements into end-to-end journeys and task flows.
• Champion craft excellence and rapid iteration with clear rationale.
