SiTime Corp. is seeking a Senior Staff Product Engineer to lead development and ramp of mixed-signal timing products. You will own product engineering from concept through end-of-life, coordinating across Design, Test, Quality, Operations, and suppliers to meet datasheet specs and JEDEC/AEC standards.

You will drive test strategy, qualification, BOM management, yield optimization, and supplier/customer excursions, while mentoring the team and advancing product KPIs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor product engineering.
• Strong understanding of analog and mixed-signal circuits.
• Experience with PLLs and clock generators.
• Experience with ATE tester platforms (Teradyne J750; Advantest 93K).
• Experience developing test plans and manufacturing test strategies.
• Experience with qualification hardware and/or software.
• Experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies).
• Familiarity with JEDEC and AEC qualification standards.
• Experience with yield analysis tools (PDF Exensio, JMP).
• Ability to perform data-driven root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Experience managing supplier excursions and customer escalations.
• English proficiency in professional environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide end-to-end product engineering ownership from concept through end-of-life.
• Lead the definition and execution of ATE test, product qualification, and manufacturing strategies.
• Drive NPI and product release into manufacturing while meeting Tier 1 customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain datasheets, automotive compliance documentation, and technical reports.
• Own BOM release and maintenance throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead supplier and customer excursion management with root-cause analysis and cross-functional resolution.
• Drive yield improvement through statistical analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitor key product/manufacturing metrics and report findings to leadership.
• Drive KPIs including NPI velocity, gross margin, product quality, and failure-analysis cycle time.
• Optimize PAT, SYL, SBL, SPC limits and disposition strategies.
• Partner with design and test to optimize test coverage, DFT, manufacturability, and production robustness.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
