Job summary

SiTime Corp. seeks a Director of MEMS Engineering to own and drive next‑gen MEMS for precision timing. You’ll lead a world‑class MEMS team, shape the engineering roadmap, and deliver scalable, high‑impact projects in collaboration with executives and marketing.

Strong hands‑on expertise and a proven leadership record are essential. You will scale the organization, foster innovation, and partner with senior leadership to advance SiTime’s market leadership during a pivotal growth phase.

Qualifications

• PhD in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Physics or equivalent.
• 10+ years in MEMS or sensor development; 15+ years preferred.
• Proven track record delivering complex MEMS programs.
• Hands-on credibility across MEMS design, fabrication, characterization, modeling.
• Strong technical and business judgment; ability to innovate and analyze data.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a MEMS engineering team to solve advanced timing challenges.
• Scale team culture and hire to acceleration targets.
• Contribute to technical roadmap with cross-functional teams.
• Drive MEMS technology development, improve devices and modeling.
• Interface with vendors and internal groups to enable execution.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Program Management to deliver scalable development.
