Job summary

SiTime is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex semiconductor product development and NPI programs from concept to production ramp. You will drive cross-functional teams, manage scope, risks, and resources, and serve as the primary liaison to leadership.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, program management expertise, and leadership to guide development, qualification, and market launch while driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years of project or program management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Project or Jira.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Create program schedules, define scope, and assess risks.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Packaging, Test, and Quality.
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate meetings and document action items.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Escalate issues when needed.
• Communicate with management and stakeholders.
