Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate degree (PhD preferred) in electrical engineering, science or related field.
• 5+ years relevant experience including leading cross-functional and global teams.
• Expert in project/program management and e

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deliver successful products to market.
• Create project schedules, request resources, assess and lower risks, delineate scope.
• Collaborate to optimize execution across multiple functional groups and projects.
• Monitor project performance relative to plan, identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Shepherd projects through product development phase-gates and required procedures.
• Identify, flag, and collaboratively solve problems that occur during product development.
• Communicate clearly with management, stakeholders, and the project team.
• Guide and mentor colleagues as needed and appropriate.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives to improve the product development program at SiTime
