Job summary

SiTime Corp. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex semiconductor product development and NPI programs from concept through production ramp.

You will drive cross-functional teams, manage scope, risks, and resources, and serve as the primary liaison to stakeholders and leadership. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge, program management expertise, and leadership skills to guide products from development through qualification and market launch, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of project or program management experience.
• Strong organizational and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project (or Jira).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create project schedules, request resources, assess and reduce risks, and define program scope.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Packaging, Test, and Quality teams.
• Track risks, issues, and key dependencies to keep programs on track.
• Facilitate project meetings and document action items for accountability.
• Guide products through NPI development phase-gates and processes.
