Job summary

SiTime Corp. in Tempe, AZ, is seeking a Senior Staff Product Engineer to lead development and production ramp of state-of-the-art mixed-signal timing products.

This role provides end-to-end product engineering leadership from conception through qualification, production release, yield improvement, and end-of-life. The Senior Staff Engineer will work with Design, Test, Quality, Operations, Applications and external suppliers to ensure datasheet specs, customer requirements, and JEDEC/AEC

Qualifications

• 10+ years of semiconductor product engineering experience.
• Strong analog and mixed-signal circuit knowledge.
• Experience with ATE testers Teradyne J750 or Advantest 93K.
• Experience with JEDEC and AEC qualification standards.
• English proficiency in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product engineering from concept to end-of-life.
• Define and execute ATE test, product qualification, and manufacturing strategies.
• Lead NPI and product release into manufacturing.
• Develop datasheets and automotive compliance documentation.
• Own BOM release and maintenance throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead supplier and customer excursions with root-cause analysis.
• Drive yield improvement through statistical analysis and data mining.
• Monitor KPIs and report findings to leadership.
• Optimize test coverage, DFT, and production robustness.
• Mentor product engineering team members.
