Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Product Designer for HR & Employee Experience to shape agentic AI-powered experiences at scale. You will define end-to-end interaction models, prototypes with large language models, and design journeys across HR, IT, and workforce programs.

You bring 15+ years of design leadership, a portfolio of enterprise designs, and a hands-on approach to partnering with product and engineering to deliver trustworthy, compliant experiences.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or higher in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years designing complex software products, with recent, direct experience shipping AI-powered or agentic features.
• Experience partnering directly with senior product and engineering leaders to shape a roadmap.
• 15+ years of relevant design experience demonstrating craft and interaction judgment.
• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Design the future of work — agentic HR experiences at scale.
• Own the hardest HR and employee-lifecycle moments with simple interfaces.
• Prototype directly against LLMs to refine interaction models in real scenarios.
• Bring consumer-grade instincts to enterprise-grade workflows with trust and compliance.
• Partner with product and engineering from problem framing to implementation.
• Mentor designers and set high craft standards for agentic interaction patterns.
