Staff Product Manager to lead the AI Context platform strategy for the Consumer Group, enabling TurboTax and Credit Karma teams to build deeply personalized, trustworthy AI experiences at scale. You will define how AI agents understand customer goals and journeys by uniting conversations, memory, actions, pages viewed, and customer data with privacy safeguards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience building consumer-facing technology platforms.
• 2+ years building and shipping production-grade Agentic AI platforms.
• Deep technical understanding of modern Agentic AI and context engineering: memory, retrieval, grounding, data integration.
• Experience with large-scale customer data platforms, real-time signals, privacy controls, and reliability.
• Experience designing and using agent evaluation frameworks for offline and online assessments.
• Proven track record of owning complex foundational platforms from concept to adoption.
• Strong ability to influence AI engineering, data, privacy, and security teams in a matrixed org.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI Context platform, enabling teams to deliver context-aware consumer agents at scale.
• Own end-to-end strategy for capturing, structuring, retrieving, and serving context from conversations, memory, actions, pages, and data with proper permissions.
• Drive foundational context capabilities including memory, context assembly, retrieval, grounding, relevance, freshness, and secure access patterns.
• Collaborate with AI experience PMs and AI engineers across TurboTax and Credit Karma to translate needs into reusable platform primitives.
• Partner with internal AI platform teams including data, identity, privacy, and security to ensure scalable, permission-aware use of customer context.
• Establish rigorous offline and online agent evaluation frameworks to measure context impact on response quality, personalization, and outcomes.
• Demonstrate end-to-end ownership of cross-organizational initiatives from architecture, tradeoffs, delivery, to adoption.
