Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Staff Product Manager to lead strategy for AI Context capabilities within the Consumer Group. You will own the foundational context platform enabling TurboTax and Credit Karma teams to deliver personalized and trustworthy AI experiences at scale.

You will drive context collection, memory, retrieval, and grounding, partnering with AI engineers and product teams to create reusable platform primitives and ensure secure, privacy-preserving usage across products.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing platforms or AI/ML products.
• 2+ years building and shipping Agentic AI platforms with consumer-facing agents.
• Deep technical understanding of modern Agentic AI, memory, retrieval, grounding, and data integration.
• Experience with large-scale customer data platforms, real-time signals, and privacy controls.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive platform adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI Context platform.
• Own the end-to-end strategy for capturing, structuring, retrieving, and serving relevant context from conversations, memory, actions, and permissioned data.
• Develop memory, retrieval, grounding, and secure access patterns for agents at scale.
• Collaborate with AI experience PMs and engineers to translate needs into reusable platform primitives.
• Partner with data, identity, privacy, and security teams to ensure scalable, permission-aware use of context across products.
• Establish evaluation frameworks to measure impact on personalization, trust, and business outcomes.
• Demonstrate ownership of cross-organizational initiatives from concept to production.
