The role emphasizes distributed systems, data lake architectures, and building modular libraries while collaborating across teams to drive platform innovation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of hands-on engineering in distributed systems or data platforms with a degree, or 8+ years with a Master’s degree, or 6+ with a PhD.
• Experience integrating AI into engineering workflows or tooling.
• Strong fundamentals in distributed systems architecture and algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver large-scale distributed platform components.
• Lead complex technical initiatives with strong coding and design reviews.
• Build scalable data ingestion and transformation workflows and libraries.
• Collaborate across teams to refine requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for high-complexity projects.
• Adopt new technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
