Celestica seeks a Senior Staff Engineer, Hardware Design (Electrical Engineering) to lead the design, development, and qualification of robust electrical systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and project leadership to capture ideas in schematics and drive end-to-end support through production.

The role requires deep experience in very high-speed digital hardware, DDR5/PCIe Gen5 interfaces, and OSFP/QSFP networking.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering.
• 10+ years in related roles.
• Experience in Compute/Storage/Network hardware.
• Proven leadership of engineering teams.
• Customer-facing communication experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of multi-domain hardware solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to a team of engineers and align with project leadership.
• Translate customer requirements into schematics, BOMs, and deployment plans.
• Coordinate with vendors, manufacturing, and supply chain for production readiness.
