Qualifications

• 10+ years in Hardware Design or Electrical Engineering.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven experience leading large engineering teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of hardware solutions for complex projects across domains.
• Provide technical leadership and direction to engineers, acting as SME in key areas.
• Coordinate non-technical aspects like team logistics and budgeting.
• Review customer requirements and serve as primary customer contact.
• Analyze trade-offs, develop deployment plans and strategies.
• Oversee program deployments and site-wide rollout efforts.
• Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and contractors.
• Research ideas, draw plans, and design systems meeting customer and Celestica needs.
• Ensure designs comply with Celestica procedures, regulations, and customer standards.
• Maintain current industry knowledge and solve complex technical problems.
